Surrey Camhs

Our Voice magazine

Our Voice

CYA have designed a magazine for children and young people who access mental health services in Surrey.

Our Voice has four aims:

To give information about mental health and mental health services, in an informal way that makes it interesting, and helps to 'normalise' accessing mental health services.

To provide entertainment to young people in waiting rooms waiting for appointments

To give information relevant to young people in Surrey, including information about what goes on in Surrey, what's around, who's who etc.

To give children and young people service users ownership of communication to service users.

Our Voice is published 4 times per year, and funding is sought from different sources. We are particularly grateful to The Early Years/Family Information Service, who have supported by funding 4 editions of Our Voice.

If you would like a copy of the latest edition, email us with your address or name of clinic/service you go to, and we can send one out to you, cya2008@rocketmail.com.
