With the help of Eagle Radio, CYA have created podcasts about mental health. They aim to give information about mental health, in a 'young people friendly way', and they are planned and recorded by young people who have experience of accessing services.
 
In the first pod cast CYA members went out into the public and asked questions about what the phrase ‘mental health’ meant to them. They also talked about Bipolar Disorder.
 
In the second podcast CYA addresses the topic of self harm The podcast explores facts about self harm, giving real accounts from young people. The second podcast is in two parts below.
 
As and when the podcasts are published they are available for you to download on the Eagle radio website, iTunes or downloadable below, so if you’re interested, give it a listen!
